About me

Hi, I am all about having fun while cooking. It is something I really enjoy doing . I am degree holder in Physics , which is another passion completely irrelevant to this page so I'll shut up. I was  working as a Banker in one of the top Banks in the country for seven years during which I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and have some other existing disorders to lesser extents and had to quit. I was always very passionate about cooking and love to research everything in detail. Cooking gave me stability.  I work towards getting the perfect flavors and textures in my recipes. My recipes are mostly based on perfecting technique and combinations , even if the recipe is pretty simple. That being said, I simplify recipes so that even a beginner gets a clear picture of what to do and what not to do. Most recipes instruct you, mix x amount with y amount over z heat, but its necessary to know why. Every ingredient has a purpose , cooking is basically a chemical reaction and I approach it in a very scientific way and I am very detailed in my methods. You will not only learn the dish but the science behind it, whatever little it may be, which will equip you with knowledge to use over other preparations.  To achieve mastery over cooking, you need to delve into the depth of it , with a passion, and this is my attempt at it.
